About Open Trips (Shared Trip):

An open trip is when a group of people go on holiday together even though they may not know each other in the group. The main benefit is of course that costs will be lower (because they are shared) compared to private trips or when you go on holiday alone.

Duration: 2 Days and 1 Night

This Wae Rebo overland runs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Please Noticed:

The participants need to have a history of heart disease & asthma, it is recommended that they always coordinate with the tour guide during the trek, in order to minimize unwanted risks.

Itinerary:

Day 1. (Labuan Bajo - Denge - Waerebo)

• The road trip starts at 08.00 local time. Travel by car from Labuan Bajo to Denge Village for around 4-5 hours.
• Lunch in a local restaurant will be prepared on the way, continue with trekking preparations to the Waerebo Traditional Village.
• Trekking will take around 2-3 hours (depending on the participant's endurance) from Denge (valley) to the peak (Waerebo). It is highly recommended that participants are in good physical condition.
• Upon arrival at Waerebo, participants will be treated to a welcoming ceremony at the house of the traditional head of Waerebo. After that, participants will be taken to the accommodation to clean their bodies (bath), drink coffee, and chat with local residents and other travelers who are visiting Waerebo as well.
• Dinner and stay overnight at Mbaru Niang (Waerebo traditional house which is shaped like a circular cone with very unique architecture).

Day 2. (Waerebo - Denge - Labuan Bajo)

• Breakfast with a local in the village.
• Take a walk around the village, see the way of life, and daily activities of Waerebo residents, and take photos.
• Trekking down from Waerebo to Denge village.
• Drive to Repi Beach and Lembor Spider web rice fields, followed by lunch.
• Return to Labuan Bajo and drop back to your hotel.

Purchase of any travel services offered by Almira Trip constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Almira Trip and represents your acceptance of the Almira Trip Terms and Conditions set out here. Please ensure that you carefully read and understand these terms and conditions before ordering.

Booking:

Clients can place orders for any travel services by phone, or email, fill out online reservations, or make direct bookings at one of Almira Trip's offices or agencies. Orders are accepted and valid when the Company sends invoice confirmation before the due date. Almira Trip will not be responsible for differences in rates or information provided by the agency. The client needs to review and verify the order confirmation letter. Almira Trip will receive a letter confirming the client's acceptance of the required purchase invoice.

Payment:

Land and sea travel services require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Air travel services require full payment in advance. Accommodation facilities require 1N rooms, which are subject to a non-refundable deposit. The client will receive an invoice from all travel services after all bookings have been confirmed by Almira Trip and a third party who will be responsible as a tour operator. Payment must be made before the due date. Reservations will be canceled automatically if the deposit is not received by Almira Trip on the deposit due date. Deposit payments indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions. Almira Trip will accept payments by the following methods:

Payment by bank transfer in USD Euro or IDR account.
Payment at one of the Almira Trip offices.
Credit card / Visa or MasterCard via PayPal only in USD or Euro direct deposit to our bank account.

Please Note:

There is a 3% or more fee when paying with Visa or MasterCard. Any fees charged by the bank or PayPal or other additional fees caused by currency differences must be paid by the client.

Clients will receive vouchers for all travel services and due dates for other invoices mentioned. The final payment for the Almira trip is paid 30 days before the departure date. For any bookings received less than 30 days before the date of travel, the client must settle the full amount of the total cost of the trip.

Cancellation by client:

The client can cancel the order at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Almira Trip. Cancellation fees will be applied according to the policy below:

Domestic air travel services are 100% of the total cost. Boat travel service, if there is a cancellation more than two months before departure, Almira Trip will charge 30% of the total travel costs, 15 days to 1 month, 50% of the total travel costs, 1 day to 14 days, and 100% of the total travel costs.
